Question: So Mark, As an experienced recruiter in network marketing, what do you see happening today in this industry?
Mark Wieser: I see a sea of networkers all doing and saying the same things. They look alike, act alike and sound alike when speaking to prospects. If you want to rise above the average, mediocre networker… then you have to think differently.
Question: Mark, how do you do that exactly?
Mark Wieser: I am going to share with you exactly how to…

- Become an irresistible Magnet
You have to have the right mindset. Before you call your next prospect, be sure you have the right mindset or you will fail or sponsor the wrong type of people. Either way you lose!
Question: So, what is the right mindset?
Mark Wieser: Your mindset should be that you are there to interview and qualify your prospect. You are the one that will determine if they are worth working with. Waste no time building rapport. Sort out the ones not worthy of your time. Give yourself plenty of time with the right people. Think about who you are looking for!
Question: So, can you define some rules for us then, Mark?
Mark Wieser: Yes, break the rules! Work outside the box, and create the results you seek. Here is an example:
Prospect says: ” Tell me why I should join your company?”
Mark Wieser: How do most networkers answer this, you suppose? Well, they start spouting off why their company is so great and you can make thousands in 30 to 60 days…… LAME! My approach is this, thinking outside the box. When asked that very same question, my answer is,
“Bob, I’m not sure you should.”
Then I proceed to say, let me ask you a few questions to find out if you are even a fit for what we have going on here. This is powerful, much more powerful, and sets you apart in your prospects mind.
Question: Thanks, Mark. Now, how do you present the company info to them after you have qualified them?
Mark Wieser: Most networkers at this point ask for permission or say something like, “Would you do me a favor and look over some info for me….” STOP DOING THAT! Remember the mindset. You reply to them that you are going to do them a favor by putting some information into their hands so they can make an informed decision….
Question: Mark, any final words?
Mark Wieser: Prospects are looking for more than just a good opportunity. They are looking for YOU! They need to know they will be working with someone that will help them create their success. You and the team behind you are the #1 reason people will join your venture. Be the leader they are looking for. Adopt a winning attitude and take a sincere interest in other people’s success.
